Delivery Policy

Costa Home provides personal local delivery and setup across South Florida. We do not offer nationwide shipping or third-party delivery services.

Standard Delivery Area
Broward County, Palm Beach County, and Miami-Dade County.

Extended Delivery
We offer delivery in all South Florida but requests outside our standard service area are available for an additional fee depending on the location and must be confirmed in advance.

Scheduling & Coordination
Delivery dates and time windows are coordinated after purchase. Customers may text, call, or email to confirm details, access information, and delivery timing. Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to traffic or unforeseen circumstances.

Access & Setup
Basic in-home placement is included. Customers are responsible for ensuring clear access, including doorways, hallways, elevators, and stairs.

Completion of Delivery
Once the sofa is delivered and placed inside the residence, the order is considered fulfilled.
